Join NBSTRA
There are four types of Memberships for NSTRA:
Owners and Managers - This is a VOTING membership category for members who own and/or manage a short-term rental property in Newport Beach. Membership dues are based on how many properties you own and/or manage.
Wait Listers - This is a VOTING membership category for members who are on the official waitlist for a short-term rental permit in Newport Beach.
Vendors - This is a NON-VOTING membership category for businesses who supply goods and services to short-term rental property owners/managers in Newport Beach.
Associates - This is a NON-VOTING membership category for individuals and businesses who do not fit into the above categories, but want to support the NBSTRA. It can include employees at management companies, local businesses, and allied associations.

If you prefer to join NBSTRA and pay by check, please download this form, complete it, and send it with your check to the address listed.
This form also includes an option to pay your dues monthly by credit card with a slight premium.
This option is currently only available for “Owners & Managers”.
NBSTRA is a 501 (c)(6) non-profit corporation under IRS rules and a non-profit mutual benefit corporation under California law.
Dues are not considered charitable contributions, but may be deductible as a business expense, subject to the advice and guidance of your tax professionals. Please consult with them before determining if your dues are tax deductible. If any portion of dues are used for lobbying activities, we will notify you early the year after which such use takes place.
